Catrin Merlett Homeopathy

Terms of Service

By booking a consultation with Catrin Merlett Homeopathy you agree to the following terms and conditions, and you agree that they cover the entire course of your treatment.

Please check that you are happy with all of the details before proceeding. Catrin Merlett Homeopathy holds no liability.

Please note that Catrin Merlett Homeopathy is not meant to be used instead of Accident and Emergency Care. If you need emergency care, please contact your doctor or the emergency services.

You confirm that you have made your appointments in good faith, that you have the ability to accept or reject this care of your own free will and choice, and that you are mentally competent to enter into this agreement. It is fully your choice as to what action you take with the information provided in a consultation.

You acknowledge that you are not representing an agency, whether private, governmental or otherwise, and that you are not attempting to gather information without so stating – that is, you are not a journalist or a reporter posing as a client.

Catrin Merlett is a registered, licensed homeopath, not a medical doctor. A consultation with Catrin Merlett Homeopathy is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult your doctor for any specific questions about any medical matter.

Homeopathy works well alongside mainstream medications and does not interfere with the beneficial action of these medications. You will not be asked to come off mainstream medications. You may be advised to go for additional health checks to see if your medication is still required.

You consent to Catrin Merlett Homeopathy holding records and personal information/disclosures, including anything you send to me. Your personalised information will not be shared with anyone without your consent unless required by law, in which case it will only be shared with the appropriate authority. UK law requires your homeopath to keep your records for 7 years after the date of your last treatment.

You agree that any photographs or videos you send will not show nudity of the private parts of the bodies of either adults or children.

Consultations will not be recorded without your express permission.

With the use of internet, video calls, messaging, e-mails or telephone calls, every reasonable precaution possible will be taken to ensure the privacy of your information, but it cannot be guaranteed across these technologies.

We abide by the Code of Conduct set out by Homeopathy International in the UK, and are governed by UK laws and jurisdiction.
